A number of poker strategies will surprise you with their simplicity. This is sample. Take down your conclusions, every time you gamble.

How detailed is up to you. I tend to think that hourly details and that kind of intimate information is wasted. Simply figure out how much ahead you are and what amount (if anything) you’ve withdrawn. Naturally, if you don’t win, record that too, despite how much it it might pain you.
Don’t overlook to record what style of poker you are wagering on, if that’s crucial to you. (In my experience, most folks keep to what they know and do not experiment. If all you do is keep up, down and withdrawals, you’re way in front of a majority of gamblers out there!)
Provide yourself actual ambitions, like a ‘dream’ goal (new car, vacation or anything else). When you take out, add the dollars withdrawn to your dream tally. The greater the success you have, the closer that dream will get!
